- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Working with Children check
- Up-to-date National Crime check
- Current driver’s licence
- A reliable and mature mindset
- A caring and friendly approach
- Genuinely interested in assisting and helping
- A reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care
- Certificate III or IV in Home & Community Care
We shortlist you
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an initial face-to-face interview. You will be asked to bring along proof of identity, credentials, police check, and eligibility to work in Australia. Further reference checks will be conducted with referees that you have reported to in recent roles.
We Welcome you to our team
Congratulations you’re on board, during the first few weeks there will be a lot to learn. You will have a more tailored orientation program when you commence which may involve shadowing other more experienced staff members.
